Jalisco's is ALWAYS on point. Service is always impeccable, and the food is consistent, timely, and delicious. There is another Mexican restaurant in town, and I hear it's good; but I've never been there, because why would I?!

Very slow. Beef and cheese nachoe only come with a "light" sprinkle of shredded cheese. No melted. Rice is good. Chips hard and stale. However the homemade Hot salsa (you got to request it) was very good.

They were all wearing masks, and sitting people apart, they did very well with being safe, and of course loved the food

Nachos Locks is great. It's not on the menu, you have to ask for it. I've had it at 3 other places. Jaliscos is the best.

Best Mexican restaurant in atmore Alabama

Food has been good that I have tried. Service seems a bit on the slow side. Last visit the floor was so slippery, I was afraid of falling. Felt I was on an ice rink. Not good when you are trying to get to the bathroom quickly. A family member also fell in the bathroom during a different trip due to mess on the floor. Both times were mentioned to someone when we checked out. Both times they didn't seem to care at all. Not even a sorry or we will check on it. I know some things are beyond their control, but they may start caring more when someone does fall and hurts themselves. Other guest not caring about people around them and playing loud music or videos on their phone was also rather annoying and made my experience less enjoyable.

We first wondered why there were ketchup bottles on the tables at a Mexican restaurant. We now know why. Every ingredient used seemed to be out of a can. From the salsa to the entree's, bland was the only thing that came to mind. The hot sauce was the best part of my meal. On a lighter note, the people were friendly, the margaritas were strong (not particularly good), and the service was quick. That was the only part that got them 2 stars instead of one.

Really nothing special. The salsa was thin and watery. The guacamole was flavorless. The taco was blah. And the fajitas were decent. The service was lacking. The forgot our fried ice cream and mentioned they forgot it when they brought the check but never did anything about it. Won’t be back. I suggest trying gather restaurant for really good food

This will be my first and last time going to this place. I don’t know how people give this place a 5 or a 4 stars. Their foods were horrible. My dad ordered steak fajitas and his steak was hard like a rock. All of their foods were so dried and no flavors at all. We ended up walking out without eating anything. What a mistake to swing by this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worst Mexican foods I ever had.

Usually do Acapulco's, wanted something different so we tried Jalisco's, won't do that again. Wait staff was slow, food was meh, just not a fan compared to other options available.

Excellent as always. The chimichanga is basically Mexican soul food.

Very nice staff! Food is typically very good. Cheese dip is my favorite between the two Mexican restaurants in the Atmore area. Salsa is a hit and miss... sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bland and watery.
